Dr. Jenelle Watts

ABOUT DR. WATTS

I entered medical school because of the “science of medicine.” I quickly learned there was a vast disconnect between doctors and patients, primarily because a lack of good communication. I saw a unique opportunity to educate patients and work with them in trying to obtain good health. I realized I could play a significant role in the lives of girls and women by providing skilled, compassionate care as an obstetrician and gynecologist.

As an obstetrician, I am blessed to participate in the miracle of birth on a frequent basis. It is an experience that is indescribable and a privilege I do not view lightly. As a gynecologist, I strive to provide answers to questions regarding the significant changes a woman experiences throughout her lifetime, including surgical management when warranted.

For me, the practice of medicine is “a calling” and I strive daily to fulfill my duties as a caregiver to the best of my abilities.
